Successful candidates will assist with facility set-ups, tear-downs and floor conversions primarily in the Convocation Center, but occasionally in support of events in all athletic facilities. Other duties include serving as golf cart courtesy drivers at home athletic events, ball persons at select sporting events, helping with equipment moves, field painting and assisting with post-season championships. Average work hours will be based on individuals’ availability. Training will be provided for all responsibilities and no experience in intercollegiate athletics is necessary.
– General customer service experience and enjoy working in a labor intensive, fast-paced environment is required. – Ability to work early mornings, nights and weekends. Schedule is on an as needed basis, and can be flexible around candidate’s established schedule (work, school, etc.). – Ability to work for a minimum of 3 hours at a time in various weather conditions. – Must be prompt and reliable.
